07:30am - 11:00am Local to Tokyo. (Weather permitting.) Ride the hills nearby Tama CIty. Finish at Bikeit Cannondale Shop. Ride the train out to join us, or if you want extra training, start early and ride your bike!

This group meets early and rides all day long. We recommend joining a few of the other rides first to strengthen and condition your body! Ride regularly to avoid injury! Sometimes this ride requires you to have a train bag to ride the train with your bike.
